Coordination and control of our handling in the field of export and transport Ensuring efficient team personnel deployment Leadership of employee talks and further development of employees Independent continuous process analysis and implementation of optimization possibilities Defining departmental policies taking into account sales and/or Customer requirements and economic aspects Solution of difficult special and problem cases Monitoring and ensuring compliance with import and export regulations and customs regulations Export-side testing of new customers Takeover of our transport service provider management, including performance reviews, and creation and negotiation of framework agreements in the field of transport logistics Ensuring compliance with the shared freight cost budget Defining and tracking KPIs in the areas Participation in and management of cross-departmental logistics projects Projektmanager (m/w/d)

Graduated commercial vocational training in the field of logistics, ideally as a merchant (m/w/d) for forwarding and logistics services with corresponding further training (e.g. transport specialist, customs officer) Multiannual professional and leadership experience in the field of export and transport Very good knowledge of current MS Office applications, SAP and TMS systems (ideally AEB) Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing High level of motivation and resilience combined with team skills and self-initiative
