The Customer Service division is in an exciting phase of reorientation. The aim is to align our structures and responsibilities even more consistently with the needs of our internal and external customers and thus to sustainably strengthen the sustainability of our banking IT support. This further development creates an area in which cross-disciplinary service topics are bundled. For this area we are looking for a dedicated personality that actively shapes the further development of our customer service with the will to design, vision and enthusiasm.

Technical responsibility and product management of the Service Data-Warehouse for internal reporting and the ticket report for service provider control Strategic advice to use AI solutions in the SRPlus ticket and support system Management and control of projects in the context of the service data warehouse Support for application tests and quality assurance of concepts Creation of reports and analyses for external and internal customers based on information from the service and support system Advising the Head of Division with regard to strategic and technical developments
