Working Student Human Resources Management (m/f/d)

Support for personnel management in operational day-to-day operations and take over administrative tasks in personnel management Creation, testing and maintenance of work contracts, contract changes, certificates and other personal documents Participation in applicant management – from the point of view of incoming applications, the creation and publication of job advertisements to the appointment and process coordination Ensuring a structured document deposit and participation in the further development of our organizational standards in human resources management Active participation in the digitization and optimization of our processes in human resources management, e.g. in the standardization and labour law updating of contract templates, the digitization of personal files and the analysis and redesign of processes from entry to exit

enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Law, BWL, (Economic) Psychology or comparable courses Solid knowledge of labour law or a strong interest in labour law are a clear plus IT affinity and interest in digital systems and process relationships Structured, careful and independent operation Analytical thinking and the ability to critically question existing processes Discretion and sense of responsibility in dealing with sensitive data Flowing German knowledge and good English knowledge in word and writing
