As an employee in our customer service, you are the interface between our customers, sales and operational management in land transport. You are responsible for the care and advice of our customers and partners. You ideally have a commercial training in the field of forwarding and logistics. You have a great customer affinity and are strong in communication. Service Orientation is your first priority: You have the pleasure of being able to help customers and show high skill in the problem or problem Conflict resolution. In the team or alone: You work structured, open to new things and convince us with your communication skills.
