Quality Reporting for Top Management: As part of the quality reporting for top management, the goal is to consolidate quality-relevant information from different sensors of field quality and overall quality, and to generate and tune out management-compliant reports. The reporting is then carried out at regular intervals in the top management bodies with the objective of creating transparency in order to be able to control it in a targeted manner. Project coordination in digitalization projects and support in data analysis in field quality: There are currently several projects in the field of digitalization and strategy in the field quality. In the role of project coordination, these projects are managed: In the higher-level Project Management Office (PMO), this also takes place with a focus on content for the entire projects and within the work packages.
