That makes this job interesting for me: As a Service Owner – Digitization Infrastructure Projects, I am responsible for providing, developing and maintaining central digital services for the Infrastructure Design & Construction domain. The services support planning, implementation and operation of complex infrastructure projects. My tasks: End-to-end digital services management as a key player for construction and asset projects, design, construction and continuous development of digital applications, ensuring stable, secure and SLA-compliant operation including sustainable support model, Perception of the Service-Owner-Rolle (ITIL) incl. definition of KPIs, quality standards, roadmap and budget, taking up, prioritizing and implementing technical requirements in close coordination with specialist areas, IT and partners, Responsibility for the integration and further development of the application and system landscape and promotion standardization, transparency and scalability, Control of external service providers and software providers including clear governance and continuous optimization.

Complete studies of computer science, business informatics, engineering, or comparable qualification, Multiannual experience as Service Owner, Product Managerr, IT Application Manager, IT Project Managerin or in a comparable role, experience in building and operating complex platform or application landscapes, knowledge of IT service management (ITIL), Very good German and English skills (C1).
