Group Fire Protection Officer for Preventive Fire Protection (m/f/d)

You ensure the holistic fire protection at the Aurubis Group's locations (Europe and USA) and are responsible for its continuous improvement (fire prevention, fire control, risk prevention) in close coordination with all locations. You develop proactive fire protection concepts and measures in the Group and are in close cooperation with our legal department. As part of the readiness to call, you take over the operational management and operational management as well as the responsibility in emergency and crisis management of the firefighter plant in Hamburg. The monitoring of the holistic fire protection with regard to the corporate fire protection directive, the respective statutory requirements of the countries and the requirements of the property insurer as well as the regular review and adaptation of the corporate fire protection directive are your tasks.

You have successfully completed your training for the category 2.1 of the fire-fighting service B IV (formerly elevated service) and have completed a completed study of the chemical, civil engineering, rescue engineering or similar field. In accordance with the G.26.3 principle, You are fire-fighting service-fit, at least trained as a rescue agent and possessed a valid driving permit of classes B and C. You bring several years of professional experience in the field of fire protection law as well as good knowledge of related legal areas (environmental law, chemical law, transport law, security etc.). You have the necessary knowledge of a group fire protection officer and bring the training to the fire protection officer, fire protection expert planner, specialist building manager, fire protection technician and/or experts. You have experience in emergency and crisis management and have developed proactively in these areas. You are ready for continuous further education, have good English skills in word and writing and bring a willingness to travel (about 40-50 days Europe and USA).
