As a specialist in the field of visual merchandising & operative store care, you actively shape the shopping experience in our sanity halls. You develop creative POS concepts, build strong brand worlds and ensure that our branches are modern, inspiring and perfectly adapted to the needs of our customers. With your sense of design, your hands-on mentality and your understanding of customer experiences, you create an environment that gives orientation, creates confidence and sets our products in the best possible scene.

You develop, implement and optimierst POS and Visual-Merchandising concepts for our sanity houses.

You shape sales-intensive product presentations in the areas of rehabilitation, orthopaedics, homecare, lifestyle & health.

You plan and realize seasonal campaigns and action areas that create attention and boost. You will ensure a uniform brand presence at all locations. You first set guidelines and VM manuals that give our store teams orientation. You analyze customer paths and surface effects to continuously improve our presentation standards. You visit our stores regularly, control the quality of the presentations and support individual challenges. You accompany and advise on the implementation of sales concepts. You plan and accompany new openings and modifications and coordinate external service providers such as shop builders or advertising technology. You carry out training on goods presentation, land use and POS measures. You are generating important key figures, identifying possibilities for improvement and implementing them together with the teams.

You have completed training or studies in visual merchandising, retail management, marketing or a comparable qualification.

You bring several years of experience in visual merchandising or in store care – ideally in the health or specialist retail environment.

You have a strong understanding of brand management, design and customer experience.

You are organized, detailed and have a pronounced feel for aesthetic and functional presentations.

You are ready to travel and feel comfortable in the branch network as well as in the creative design process. You are communicative, pragmatic and like to work closely with different teams.
