The city of Überlingen is a centre with around 25 000 inhabitants in the western part of the lake. A well-developed infrastructure and all school facilities are available on site. Examination of the entire construction area of the city and its own business of the Alteheime as well as the wastewater treatment plant: Examination of tender documents and award proposals in the fields VOB / VgV / HOAI / UVgO Examination of services by VOB Examination of final invoices for compliance with tender specifications and accounting rules Examination of yields for compliance with the calculation data Examination of the assessment of buildings, roads and engineering structures as part of the annual accounts Constitution of audit reports and records and their follow-up to the clearing of complaints Advising departments including the Constitution of Opinions Advice on the scope of the contract and the design of HOAI contracts Accompanying the overriding construction test A change in the area of responsibility is reserved.

Completed degree as a Diplom-Ingenieur/in or Bachelor of Engineering or Architecture, alternatively a comparable degree Comprehensive knowledge and practical experience in the entire construction sector (construction, costing, billing) Advantageous and comprehensive legal knowledge in the fields of GemO, VOB and HOAI and other relevant provisions for the area of responsibility Experience in the municipal sector and administrative experience desirable High analytical thinking and judgment Good communication and cooperation capability, coupled with enforcement capability Self-employed working with a high degree of self-initiative Class B driving licence
