You take over the overall responsibility for care, administration and everyday organization. You lead, motivate and develop your team continuously. You ensure and optimise our care and quality standards. You control the economic processes including budget and occupancy management. You are the reliable representative for our residents, their relatives and cooperating authorities.

You have a completed training as a nursing specialist, including a recognized training for nursing services (according to § 71 SGB XI) or a completed study in nursing or nursing Social management. You bring several years of professional experience in a comparable management or leadership position. You have well-founded knowledge in quality management and in the relevant legal frameworks such as SGB XI and HeimG. A pronounced social competence, enforcement strength and real organizational talent are yours.
