Senior Business Development Manager (m/w/d) – AI & Hiring-as-a-Service take the responsibility to drive this revenue growth and market share gain in your portfolio. In this role you sell not only a product, but you establish Hiring-as-a-Service as a long-term solution. Your success is measured not only by new business, but by the sustainable increase of MRR (Monthly Recurring Revenue) and an excellent customer retention. Your tasks – Strategic, KPI-driven & Customer Focus End-to-End Sales Responsibility: You control the entire sales process – from the identification and initial address of potential new customers to the successful conclusion of the contract.
