Project Manager Construction Project Management with a focus on technical purchasing - Bochum (m/f/d)

In your role as project manager, you are responsible for the development, implementation and continuous optimization of Germany-wide standards of construction projects - from the first project idea to the costing and realization to the conclusion and the warranty phase. This includes, in particular, projects in the field of roof-mounted buildings/expanded, energetic modernisation, heat supply and large-scale repair. You design and optimize all purchase-related activities within the construction projects, in particular the tendering, awarding and contract management of construction services You run projects to optimize the construction and execution organization with the aim of achieving efficiency improvement and raising productivity potential, e.g. by using modern IT solutions You are responsible for the planning, monitoring and further development of supplier and capacity management including Implementation of market and supplier analyses and measures for supplier evaluation and development In the course of this task, in close cooperation with the management team of the construction project management on-site training, you will lead to the defined standards and are available as contact persons of the organization You prepare relevant key figures and identify economic and technical potentials based on market trends Content processes for project processing and their further development are also part of your task assignment

You have completed a university degree with a commercial/technical orientation or a comparable qualification In addition, you were ideally able to gain several years of professional experience in purchasing - in particular in the context of tendering, awarding or supplier management - and can gain a well-founded knowledge in the construction sector or in the construction sector. the construction technology You are happy to go analytic and structured to your tasks You bring your shopping expertise into the construction project management We presuppose willingness to regional missions
