Your tasks:

Plant & Infrastructure Management Development of the long-term technical plant strategy of the plant in line with the objectives of the plant and the EMEA region. Maintenance and continuous improvement of plant infrastructure and production facilities. Creation of investment plans, cost control and support for budget permits for technical projects. Maintenance management Monitoring of infrastructure and production equipment maintenance measures. Development of maintenance structures, including preventive maintenance and spare parts management. Ensuring compliance with PPG Asset Policies

Project & Resource Management Management of engineering and maintenance projects from the concept phase to the implementation. Monitoring project progress, schedules and reporting according to project management standards. Coordination of internal and external resources, service providers and stakeholders.

Security, compliance & documentation Ensuring complete compliance with all safety, regulatory and fire protection requirements, including ATEX. Process Safety Management (PSM) support for plants Leadership & team development Management of the maintenance manager, the documentation manager, the local purchase and the Project Engineering Team. Promoting teamwork, security culture and continuous improvement.

Complete studies in the field of process, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or a comparable field of expertise. Experience in paint production, chemical industry or another process-oriented environment. At least 7+ years relevant professional experience and 3+ years leadership experience. Knowledge of German occupational safety, environmental and ATEX regulations and fire protection requirements. Embossed project management skills and high autonomy. German and English knowledge in word and writing. Self-motivated, proactive operation with high self-responsibility. Effective team leader and motivator; strong leadership skills. Excellent analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills. Safe handling of unforeseen situations and experience in matrix organisations.
