Sales Assistant – Personnel Services (m/f/d)

Support of our sales team in the daily business Creation and tracking of offers and contract documents Care and management of customer and applicant data in the CRM system Telephone and written communication with customers, interested parties and applicants Creation of work contracts, supplementary agreements, certificates and other personal documents Preparation of wage and salary billing Maintenance and management of personal files and personnel master files General administrative and organisational activities

Successfully completed commercial training, e.g. as a personnel service businessman, industrial businessman or comparable First professional experience in the sales service, in the staff service or in office management Safe handling of MS Office and ideally experience with CRM systems Structured, independent and reliable operation Communication strength, organisational skills and team skills Customer-oriented thinking as well as a friendly and professional appearance Very good German knowledge and good English knowledge in word and writing
