Management and coordination of the team in area management Responsibility for strategic planning, implementation and monitoring of land management projects Analysis and optimization of the use of land resources to increase efficiency and productivity Cooperation with internal stakeholders to identify and meet requirements for land resources Development and implementation of sustainable strategies for land use and optimization Leadership, motivation and further development of team members Management and implementation of projects for the redesign and optimization of production areas in the context of the re- and new building Coordination of moving projects and the integration of new areas into existing structures Implementation of innovative solutions to improve land use and efficiency

Complete studies in the field of economic engineering, facility management, business management or a comparable discipline Multiannual professional experience in area management, ideal in the industrial environment Leadership experience and strong team skills, as well as analytical thinking and problem solving skills are highly valued by us Safe handling of MS Office and common area management tools Experience in project management and infrastructure planning of complex industrial production areas as well as knowledge and practical experience in process optimization (e.g. LEAN, 6 Sigma), automation and/or digitization are very desirable excellent skills for self-organization, holistic and cross-departmental thinking as well as experience in cooperation with corporate interfaces we appreciate very Excellent communication skills in German and English (min.
