Strategic Programming & Need Analysis: Translating business requirements into holistic real estate solutions in line with corporate strategy Portfolio analysis & Location concepts: Development of well-founded location and portfolio analyses incl. Detection of sustainable location concepts Project control: holistic control of national and international construction projects from concept phase to successful handover Owner / tenant representation: Perception of interests with overall responsibility for budget, dates and quality Location development/ location consolidation and/or development: control of location selection, acquisition of land and placement of a project organization. Development of exit and recovery strategies and their implementation. Transactions & due diligence: Extensive due diligence checks and accompanying M&A and divestment projects Economic analysis: Creating sound analyses (DCF, make-or-buy, feasibility studies) as a basis for decision Data-driven decision support: use of modern analysis methods and AI-based methods for evaluating location, portfolio and investment options as well as identifying optimization potentials.

Education: Completed studies in real estate management/real estate management, regional planning or economic geography focusing on real estate, architecture or civil engineering Professional experience: More than 5 years relevant professional experience, national and international (ideally in the Corporate Real Estate Division) Expertise: Funded expertise in portfolio and project management as well as in the Corporate Real Estate environment; Understanding data-driven decision models and digital technologies to support strategic portfolio decisions. Analytical Competence: Embossed Ability to analyze and strategically evaluate complex facts; Experience in dealing with data-based analyses and scenario models of advantage Entrepreneurial thinking: ability to judge economic relationships holistically and make decisions within the meaning of the overall company Design and change: High motivation to actively promote topics and to implement sustainable solutions in the international environment Negotiation competence: Sovereign appearance and enforcement strength in contract and stakeholder negotiations Collaboration: Embossed team capacity and ability to successfully collaborate in international and interdisciplinary networks Intercultural competence: Secure action in a global environment with different cultural backgrounds IT knowledge: Secure handling of MS Office and ideally SAP, Dalux and Power BI; Knowledge of data analytics, data visualisation and AI-based methods to support strategic decisions Languages: German and English in word and writing, more languages
