Completed degree in facility management, state-tested technicians for building system technology or comparable training with experience in the field of technical facility management Knowledge of the legal regulations for the maintenance and testing of technical installations and buildings in the real estate industry Experience in the planning, maintenance and maintenance of buildings and technical installations Secure handling of MS Office (especially Word and Excel) and ideally SAP Enthusiasm for the further development of processes and IT systems Organisational capacity and independent and structured working methods Communication strength and team capacity
