Successfully completed studies in business and/or engineering or a comparable qualification Multiannual leadership experience in an operating environment Detegratable experience in optimization or Reorientation of growing structures Analytical thinkability, high implementation strength and pronounced communication and leadership skills Structured, solution-oriented working and joy in making changes active In this key role, you take responsibility for the operational management. You will be supported by your 16 employees and make a significant contribution to the development of the site. As a strong leader, you can enjoy the highest design freedom for innovation in a modern working environment. Direct cooperation with the management offers you the shortest decision-making procedures. The workplace is located on the Bremen – Hamburg axis. .
