For our housing and assistance offer in Wilhelmsburg we are looking for a *n

in, educator in (m/w/d) Empowerment, inclusion, participation and sharing are the key values of your work. Personal centring is a self-evident principle of your work? Then you are right in our team! The assistance service currently provides services for around 20 clients. The assistance benefits are provided in their own harassment and in the social area. An experienced, professionally competent and motivated team meets you in our assistance team. The connections to public transport and the infrastructural situation on site are very good. The district of Wilhelmsburg is multicultural and offers a high degree of realization in the social area.

You support everyday assistance and primary care activities (body care and hygiene). You provide assistance in various internal and external activities, e.g. support in the household, joint shopping, support in everyday and leisure activities and in the individual social space of clients. You create the resource-oriented assistance planning together with our clients *inside and organize staff-centric, social-spatial assistance services in the team. You document your performed activities within the scope of this documentation. You create the annual social progress reports with the clients.

Completed training as a nurse in, educator in (m/w/d) or a comparable pedagogical qualification Low first professional experience in integration aid (SGB IX) Assessment and sensitivity as well as clear positioning in the direction of empowerment and inclusion of people with assistance needs Openness, tolerance and humor Structured and independent operation Happy work in the team Interest in continuous professional training and further development Willingness to work in shiftwork, even on weekends
