(Senior) Controlling & Finance Transformation Manager

As (Senior) Controlling & Finance Transformation Manager (m/w/d), you play a central role in building our group-wide finance function. You ensure that new companies, processes and systems are successfully integrated into the Arsipa Group and provide the basis for uniform, scalable and controllable finance structures. We need your support for that!

The Arsipa Group is a fast-growing PE-backed group in the area of Health, Safety & Environment, supported by Warburg Pincus. With more than 1,000 employees, 20+ subsidiaries and 48 locations in Germany and Austria, we are building a scalable platform with sustainable value added as part of a clear buy-and-bone strategy. Our goal: one of the leading providers in the German-speaking market - supported by central functions such as finance, HR, marketing and IT at the Berlin site.

Transformation & Integration: Control and support of the integration of new subsidiaries into the finance structures of the Arsipa Group. Harmonization of processes, data structures and reporting logic across different societies. Support in the introduction of group-wide standards in accounting and controlling. Working with finance transformation projects and developing our system and process landscape.

Construction & scaling: Analysis of existing finance processes and identification of optimization potentials. Support in the introduction and further development of finance, reporting and BI systems. Structure of resilient KPI, reporting and control structures. Participation in cross-departmental projects for further professionalization of our finance function.

Interface Management: Close cooperation with Group Accounting, Group Controlling / FP&A and our VP Finance as well as the BI team. Cooperation with management of our subsidiaries. Control and coordination with external consultants, auditors and other stakeholders.

This brings you with: multi-year experience in the finance environment with a sound understanding of accounting and/or controlling processes, ideally complemented by experience in finance transformation, consulting, CFO office, corporate finance or FP&A experience in managing complex projects as well as dealing with different stakeholders. Flowing German and good English skills.

This helps you to be successful more quickly: Embossed analytical thinking skills as well as interest in processes, data and systems (ideally DATEV, LucaNet). Structured, pragmatic mode of operation and ideally experience in PE/VC-driven companies or dynamic growth fields.
