In your 3-year training as a merchant/wife for marketing communication, you learn everything about modern marketing and digital communication. You will get exciting insights into the planning, implementation and analysis of marketing measures – from creative campaigns to international product solutions. Together, we ensure that our customers are thrilled and you gain valuable experience in a dynamic, international environment.

During your training you will get exciting insights and learn among others: Designing digital campaigns – participate in the planning and implementation of online and social media campaigns. Support social media channels – plan, create and accompany the development of the platforms. Manage digital tools and platforms – maintain, optimize and strategically use websites, portals and databases. Support eShops and digital customer portals – maintain, optimize and develop our online shops and digital platforms for a smooth customer experience. Support market launches – support Europe-wide product and service launches with a digital focus. Develop content and storytelling – create marketing messages, blog posts and “Success Stories” for different channels. Configure press and media work – implement digital PR measures and strengthen corporate communication. Conduct market analyses – observe, evaluate and strategically use digital trends. Configure product marketing – create digital marketing materials such as landing pages, newsletters and social media content. React events and actions – plan digital and analog events and develop creative ideas for trade fair appearances and giveaways.

You've got a very good degree in real school, the high school or the school. Basic knowledge of digital media is present, and interest in the world of marketing is great. Communication strength, safe appearance and the ability to convince others of ideas are yours. Organizational talent and motivation are among your greatest strengths. Teamwork will give you pleasure and creative projects will inspire you. A good sense of speech and the ability to formulate texts appealingly complete your profile. Curiosity, creativity and the desire to get to know new trends in marketing are driving you. You are safe to use MS Office and open to digital tools. English? No problem for you – international communication is part of this.

Remuneration: Attractive training allowance and an annual premium for good school certificates. Well equipped: For the entire period of training we provide you with a laptop.
