• Upper medical care of our neurological rehabilitation patients of phases B, C and D
• Professional and organizational management of a station and management of a multi-professional treatment team
• Responsibility for diagnostics, therapy planning and rehabilitation medical treatment concepts
• Supervision and guidance of assistant physicians and support in their training
• Close interdisciplinary cooperation with therapy, care, neuropsychology and social services
• Implementation and evaluation of modern functional diagnostics
• Participation in the further development of medical standards and quality processes
• Active design of own medical focuses as well as cooperation on innovative concepts of neurological rehabilitation
