In the clinical field of forensic psychiatry, you have extensive possibilities to actively shape the treatment process. You will get to know our patients for a longer time and accompany you individually, with the aim of resocialization.

Your duties

• Professional care, reference care, care process planning, control and psychosocial care: They are responsible for patient-related tasks.
• Therapeutic milieu, active design of the everyday station and the surrounding area: They promote competences in the field of everyday activities and participation in everyday social life.
• presence and relationship, as a reliable contact person (m/w/d) you know our patients about the daily routine: you experience the patients with their strengths, weaknesses and risks. Through presence, you can ensure a secure activating, recovery oriented frame and individual competent support.
• Teamwork and exchange, close cooperation in the interdisciplinary team: They make an individual contribution to the joint treatment planning and take an important role as a reference person, e.g. in case meetings with regard to treatment, forecast and risi co-assessments.
• Security and criminal therapy, the medical-internal safety concept establishes a basis for safe action, the criminal therapy forms a basis in treatment. They actively participate in these areas and perform targeted tasks in the tension between psychiatry and justice.

Your profile

• You can demonstrate a successfully completed vocational training as a nurse (m/w/d).
• They appreciate cooperation in an interdisciplinary team and are ready to engage in a special working environment within the clinic.
• They are personally characterized by their willingness to take responsibility, their pronounced ability to communicate and by their appreciation and empathic attitude in dealing with your fellow human beings.
• They are reliable, flexible, resilient and physically fit.
• They bring the willingness to work in the 3-shift system, have good IT user knowledge and have a driving licence.
• You have pleasure in work and are motivated to develop your expertise.
