Evaluation & Quality Officer (m/f/d)

The Institute of the German Dentists (IDZ) is a joint research institute of the German Association of Cassidy Dentistry (KZBV) and the German Dentist Chamber (BZÄK). It conducts practical research and scientific advice for the German dentists within the framework of the tasks of the two support organisations. The main fields of research are health care research/epidemiology, health economics/system research, dental professional research and medical sociology and health competence. From the research understanding, the IDZ is multidisciplinary and internationally oriented. You assume the technical responsibility for the work focus Evaluation & Quality within the research area Evidence-based Medicine & Quality. You evaluate dental treatment guides, develop suitable qualitative and quantitative methods and derive outcome parameters. With continuous quality monitoring, you ensure the effectiveness of the guides in the supply and formulate practical recommendations for the further development of quality assurance. The methodological part of the project is your responsibility and you maintain the professional network.

You have a university degree (min. Master) in Public Health, Sociology, Psychology, Medical Informatics, Supply Research, Implementation Research or a comparable qualification with a focus on evaluation/quality. You ideally have scientific experience in evaluation and implementation research as well as qualitative and quantitative methods. Knowledge in the field of health or dental medicine is desirable You bring experience in project management. You have very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing. You are team-capable, communicative, independent and work structured as well as independent. You can represent complex content precisely and addressably.
