For this company we are looking for an operating manager (m/w/d) with a perspective of the management at the next possible time. They are in this position responsible for all technical and commercial employees of the company, coordinate projects in compliance with the time and budget framework, support content in the technical development of the products and take over the coordination of the entire operating processes.

Management responsibility for an approximately 50-member team in the context of project processing and production Project management incl. budgeting, planning of resources, monitoring of time planning and control of technical solutions Optimization of existing and development of new products and development of customised special designs including feasibility analysis Ensuring smooth production processes including technical documentation (risk analysis, production drawing, assembly instructions) and further development of the systems Technical clarification support for national and international customers

Complete technical training with qualified training or completed studies in engineering Multiannual practical experience in facade construction, window construction, metal construction, mechanical engineering, or comparable industries Found experience in design, project management, and employee management Flowing English knowledge for communication with international clients knowledge required in handling AutoCAD, inventory or other CAD programs, as well as a pronounced technical understanding Independent, structured, conscientious functioning and enforcement strength, organisational and coordination skills
