Purchasing Specialist* (part-time)

You will be part of the central purchase of the Viridium Group. The team is responsible for the procurement of all external goods and services, ranging from complex IT services, consultancy information and licenses to central office materials. Colleagues understand themselves as a strategic partner of the departments and accompany the entire procurement process: from the initial demand assessment to the selection of suitable suppliers and the negotiation of contracts to the ongoing management and evaluation of cooperation. With professional supplier management, colleagues create the basis for sustainable cooperation with our partners. In addition, the team supports the departments to ensure compliance and regulatory requirements, and together with accounting acts as a control body for a contractually compliant billing. As a specialist:in purchasing, you will ensure the smooth handling of our procurement processes - from the collection and classification of needs, the creation and digital signature of contracts to final processing in SAP.

Completed commercial or legal training or corresponding studies First professional experience in purchasing, a legal department or a comparable administrative environment - we also look forward to applicants who want to refresh and reintroduce their knowledge after a break. Ideally experience in a regulated environment (e.g. insurance, bank or administration) and a basic understanding of regulatory and compliance Treated handling of MS Office applications (especially Outlook, Word and Excel) Experience with the use of SAP (e.g. MM or FI) - or explicit interest in working in these systems Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
