Ensuring a transparent and KPI-based production control Improving cost transparency and efficiency in the works Identification and realization of efficiency and optimization potentials Establishment of a loadable cost and earnings responsibility in production sites Support for data-based decisions at work level Further development of controlling and reporting structures in the production environment Production control including production cost monitoring and deviation analyses Analysis of production processes and identification of efficiency potentials Cost control including direct cost control Investment planning and investment controlling, ROI calculations Storage and inventory control Supporting budget, forecast and planning processes Ensuring correct master data and cost structures Development, maintenance and interpretation of KPIs relevant to production (including OEE) Analysis of indirect costs and support of cost center managers Ensuring correct cost, cost center and account allocations Provision of relevant data for costing and corporate management Responsibilities and competences: Self-responsibility of defined production plants Responsibility for transparency and plausibility of production-related financial data Conducting business analysis and deriving recommendations Participation in investment decisions and economic accounts Support for operational management Active co-design and optimization of controlling processes Escalation of essential cost and result deviations Participation in the further development of reporting and KPI systems Analytical and Conceptual Strength High communication and enforcement capability Understanding production processes and value chains Ability to address-oriented communication of complex relationships High self-initiative and structured working Cooperation and interfaces: Plant management and production managers Corporate Control / Planning & Forecast Data & Analytics Calculation Purchasing and Supply Chain Finance / Accounting IT and master data management The Business Partner production functions as a central business interface between work and central control.

Successfully completed studies of business management, industrial engineering or comparable disciplines Multiannual experience in production controlling or factory controlling of an industrial company Experience in the FMCG, food or production environment Very good knowledge of cost accounting, planning and reporting Experience with ERP systems and BI/reporting tools Very good Excel characteristics as well as high data affinity Understanding production figures and operational processes Good communication skills in German and English Experience with OEE analyses, SAP, LucaNet or comparable systems is desirable, but no requirement
