Description of the institution The Compensation of Justice Werl is an institution of closed execution for men and is responsible for

• the execution of prison sentences and
• the execution of the security deposit.

The institution has 1034 detention places in four detention centres.

Your everyday life with us:

• Doctors in the execution of justice treat the prisoners in prisons in the sense of a medical care with regular hours of speech in the medical ambulance.
• Medical assistance is provided by assistance staff (usually by health and nursing staff).
• The extent of the treatment is measured by the services received by statutory sick persons in accordance with SGB V (equivalence principle).
• The cooperation with the institution management and the other in-house (professional) services ensures holistic treatment and relieves everyday work.
• Conceptual work (e.g. for addiction treatment or for dealing with infectious diseases) is an integral part of the medical activity and promotes collegial exchange.

• Remuneration according to the TV doctor (application of § 16 para. 3 TV doctors), classification of doctors as a rule in group Ä2
• no weekend or holiday services
• safe conditions during speaking hours (subject to the General Executive Service)
• Cooperation with other specialist services such as the Psychological Service, the Social Service and the pastoral service
• diagnostic possibilities (as in a medical practice, including EKG and ultrasound)

• Approbation or the requirements for a professional licence in Germany
• presence of a designation or conditions for obtaining a designation of territory almost fulfilled, e.g. specialist physician or Specialist in general medicine or as a specialist Specialist in internal medicine (in the presence of other specialist denominations, proof of experience in the field of general medicine is required)
• Additional name “Search-medical basic care” or Willingness to obtain these
• knowledge of IT standard and specialist applications and willingness to work into new applications

The following conditions must also be fulfilled when appealing to the civil service:

• at the time of censorship on trial not yet 42 years (as a person with a severe disability or with corresponding equality [§ 2(3) Social Code IX] regularly not yet 45 years)
• German and German within the meaning of Article 116 of the Basic Law or the nationality of another Member State of the European Union
• Entering for the freedom of democratic basic order within the meaning of the Basic Law
• in principle, no criminal convictions or pending punishment or Investigation
• orderly economic conditions
• Invalidity from the medical point of view

Applications for women are expressly requested. In the areas where women are under-represented, they must be taken into account in accordance with the National Equality Act with the same suitability, competence and professional performance, provided that reasons do not prevail in the person of a competitor.
