Regional Service Manager Vehicle Wash - Northern Germany (m/f/d)

As a regional service manager (m/w/d) for the Vehicle Wash area, you are the driving force for our customer service in your region. You actively shape the development of our team and our processes in order to exceed our high quality standards in the field service daily. Take over the technical and disciplinary leadership of a team of service technicians in the Vehicle Wash area and act as a coach and mentor for your employees. You promote the potential of your service technicians through targeted instruction, the preparation of training and further development measures to make them fit for the challenges of tomorrow. You are responsible for the entire operational organisation of the service region, including resource planning (tools, vehicles, spare parts) and compliance with all relevant test periods and job inspections. In close cooperation with the Operations Team, you contribute to the strategic development of our service processes and conduct optimization measures based on service key figures analyses to sustainably increase customer satisfaction. Last but not least, you are the central regional point of contact for sales, disposition and technical support to ensure a smooth running and the solution of customer complaints.

A successfully completed vocational training, preferably in the technical field. You have multi-year, well-founded experience in disciplinary staff management, ideally in a service, external service or crafts environment. Routine in handling ERP systems, knowledge in SAP and Google Workspace. A strong service and customer orientation, communication strength and readiness to travel and flexibility.
