Projektmanagement In our department Future Initiative «Klima.Werk», we are looking for a project manager*in (m/w/d) Process Management KRiS at the Essen site at the next possible time in an indefinite order.

Emschergenossenschaft and Lippeverband are jointly the largest wastewater provider and operator of wastewater treatment plants in Germany and reliable partners of our municipal and industrial members. As a public-law employer with around 1,800 employees, we implement wastewater treatment, ensure flood protection and manage the ground and rainwater at Emscher and Lippe.

Development and implementation of projects for climate-resilient and water-conscious urban development with a focus on sustainable settlement dewatering and sustainable water infrastructure, among others, within the framework of the ''Klimaresiliente Region mit internationale Jetkraft'' (KRiS) funding programme Construction and coordination of work structures and networks in a municipal administration in the Emscher-Lippe area as well as in our main administration in Essen (place of change) Organization and moderation of workshops and exchange formats as well as active communication and persuasion work on our topics of the network of the Future Initiative «Klima.Werk» Advice on measures and funding opportunities, as well as support for application and funding management

Master/Diplom in Civil Engineering (Centre of Water Engineering), Environmental Engineering, Hydrology, Urban Planning, Project Management or a comparable discipline Project experience and expertise in urban drainage and Water management and ideally knowledge of urban planning, construction and municipal administrative structures Experience in integral project management, interdisciplinary cooperation in the municipal environment Impressed communication strength, organizational ability and the ability to work independently in low hierarchy structures Analytical thinkability, rapid understanding and a goal-oriented and result-oriented, proactive way of working with entrepreneurial perspective
