You develop concepts for modern school spaces (including mensa and boarding companies) in the field, together with the school management and the foundation management. As a competent building-side representation, you control construction and maintenance measures at the schools (planning, monitoring, controlling). You serve the technical lines at the schools to ensure compliance with operator requirements and efficient building management. You will receive effective support for the work in committees (building committees, control groups), as well as in rural climate protection management. In a four-person team, you will be able to work on solutions in all matters of the property management. 2 / 2 You have a completed degree in the field of architecture/ civil engineering/ facility management or a comparable qualification and an appropriate professional experience in the described fields of activity. You will also bring knowledge of building and procurement law as well as legal bases and standards of real estate management. You are a member of a Christian church (ACK) and identify with the educational mission of our schools, which is characterized by a Christian human image.
