Support in operational sales: You’re puggling leads, opportunities and contacts in CRM, preparing appointments before and after, implementing follow-ups and trackst to-dos. Offer creation and tracking: In close coordination with specialist and delivery teams, you work on calculations, documents and presentations. Reporting & Insights: You'll start and talk dashboards and reports (e.g. in Power BI) for pipelines, forecasts and campaign performance. Research & Market Observation: You aim to analyze competitors and trends in the railway/mobility environment and prepare the findings for the sales team. Enablement & Materials: You create and update One-Pager, Case Slides, References and Pitch Decks in M365. Coordination & Orga: You managst dates, prepare events and trade fairs and agree with partners and internal stakeholders.

Studies: You are studying Business Informatics, BWL, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering with Strong IT Affinity. Interest: With curiosity and commitment, you can explore customer and market topics around mobility and railway. Dealing with Office tools: You can master Microsoft 365 and safely handle data in Excel, such as with pivot and visualization. Experience: You use Power BI for reports and dashboards and collect first experiences in Power Apps or work quickly Practice: First experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Dynamics and a basic understanding of sales processes and KPIs such as pipeline, conversion and forecast are helpful. Language skills: You communicate very safely in German and well in English, fluent in word and writing.
