Senior Manufacturing Expert (m/f/d)

Professional leadership of an interdisciplinary team to optimize production processes (focus on rubber).

Identification of causes for material committees and inefficiencies as well as responsibility for the significant reduction of the reject rate at the German sites.

Detailed analysis of production processes including data collection and KPI evaluation.

Close cooperation with the Production, Research & Development (F&E), Quality and Engineering departments to quickly develop and prioritize practical solutions.

Leading implementation of measures to increase efficiency.

Creation of monthly reports and decision templates for management.

Preparation and implementation of training and instruction incl. Documentation.

Ensuring correct booking processes in the ERP system.

Complete scientific and technical studies or a comparable qualification.

At least 8 years of professional experience in the chemical industry or rubber processing, of which at least 3 years in process optimization.

Embossed hand-on mentality at shopfloor level paired with communication strength compared to different stakeholders.

Very good knowledge of systematic methods of process improvement (e.g. Six Sigma Green Belt or comparable).

Found experience in handling ERP systems (preferably SAP) as well as in the statistical evaluation of key figures (e.g. OEE).

Secure handling of MS Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI.

Flowing German knowledge and good English knowledge in word and writing.
