Short decision-making paths, a collegial coexistence and real design playroom are the focus of a modern production environment.

You plan and create production documents based on design and construction drawings. You calculate costs and keep in mind the cost-effectiveness of production. You contribute to the further development of products and manufacturing processes. You work closely and across areas with construction, production and assembly. In the day-to-day business, you are a reliable contact person about planning and execution.

Complete technical training (e.g. master, technician) or study in the field of wood engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics or comparable. Practical experience in work preparation, production control or production planning – e.g. from kitchen construction, furniture production, window construction or a comparable industry with automated wood processing. Safe technical understanding coupled with organizational skill. Team-oriented, solution-focused operation and joy of continuous improvement. You speak well German and also like English. You already live in the surroundings or have the willingness to settle in the heart of Germany.
