As a Nautische:r specialist:in (w/m/d) you are a central part of our team responsible for the safety and smooth operation of ports in Bremen and Bremerhaven. The tasks of the port operating office are currently being performed at two locations – in Bremen and in Bremerhaven. For both port companies, we are looking for dedicated employees who coordinate, control and monitor the shipping of a complex world port in a demanding 24/7 operation.

Transport planning, processing and monitoring for the entire port area. Consumption and evaluation of ship traffic reports Voting with the operators Information to port interested parties Compensation of the coastal radio station and radio communication Use of portlots DV development of ship movements Maintenance of master data for traffic control Consumption and priority control of traffic reports for completeness according to the port regulations

Nautik/Seefahrt with the qualification as a guard officer:in (w/m/d) in international or national journeys or comparable professional experience, e.g. in inland navigation as the basis for post-qualification UKW Radio Operator Certificate German (optional proof, e.g. by language certificate or equivalent proof) Very good English language skills (Minimum SMCP) Driving licence Kl.
