At the next time we are looking for Controller (m/w/d) Location: Gladbeck Here you can do something We are all about heat exchangers, the efficient heart of any ventilation system when it comes to energy recycling. Where space air is controlled, we find our products – and soon you too! The aim of the position is to actively support the economic management of the site through sound analyses and transparent reporting. The controller provides decision-relevant insights into costs, margins and performance and, together with management and specialist areas, promotes sustainable efficiency and earnings improvements.

You analyze monthly, quarterly and annual accounts for our house and our German sister companies Deviations, trends and price and margin developments are identified, evaluated and discussed with colleagues You serve as contacts for our colleagues at our headquarters You are responsible for controlling, monitoring and optimising operational and industrial costs Analyze and evaluate stocks with a view to efficiency and transparency Check production costs, unit lists (BOM) and cover contributions regularly For budget, forecast and scenario analyses, actively support the CFO Making compliance with corporate guidelines and local legal requirements You sure Internal control and reporting processes continuously develop In close cooperation with production, purchasing, R&E and management, you act as a commercial contact person As an interface to Group Controlling and Group Consolidation, you ensure correct and timely reporting

You have completed their studies in the business sector with a suitable focus or a comparable qualification, e.g. Multiannual professional experience in financial controlling, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial environment, bring you with Excellent analytical skills as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working Finding knowledge in cost accounting and industry The routined handling of MS Office and experience with ERP systems are part of your profile Complex financial relationships can be clearly and understandably communicated, even to non-financial experts A pronounced hand-on mentality and high degree of implementation characterize your mode of operation Organisational skills, reliability and good time management complete your profile You bring good language and written English knowledge We require an occasional readiness to travel to our sister companies in Germany and to our parent company in Italy
