For this position we would like to win you as a customer manager (m/w/d) logistics with experience in account management.

Key Account Service and new customer acquisition in the logistics sector Supply creation, order processing and creation of transport documents Coordination of transport, customs and declaration of dangerous goods with forwarding Creation of reports and maintenance of master data in the logistics system Contract management and control of portfolio development

Training as a merchant for forwarding and logistics services (m/w/d) or comparable qualification Professional experience in the logistics or forwarding industry with knowledge in quality management Handling IT systems such as ERP and CRM programs, ideally SAP or MS Office Very good knowledge of German and English (for internal communication) Communication capability, reliability and solution-oriented operation
