Nursing team leader for the outpatient care service (m/f/d)

These tasks await you: independent management and control of the outpatient care team / tour and visit planning as well as service planning Staff management, planning and development of about 30 employees You work on new employees and promote them further You conduct regular service and case meetings Ensuring the quality of care for approx. 150 clients according to current nursing findings and legal and regulatory requirements First visits and initial discussions of new clients and inquiries Advice and individual training of clients and relatives Care visas Active implementation of quality management Cooperation with auditors Communication with all persons involved in care Tasks of economic efficiency

We wish you: You already have a three-year completed training as a state-approved nursing specialist (m/w/d) and are looking for first experience in a management function Or: You want to deepen and expand your knowledge after successful further training for nursing services or station management (even if you are studying nursing management). Or: you have a comparable professional qualification Experience in the outpatient service is beneficial but no need You possess responsibility and organizational skills You work structured, targeted and have a strong communication and team capability You are motivated, have ideas and initiative and want to make careers in healthcare Class B licence is required
