Planning, organisation and coordination of training, seminars and training. Support and advice of participants and speakers. Coordination of training dates, premises and technical requirements. Care and management of training, participant and event data. Creation and preparation of training documents and participation information. Coordination with internal specialist departments, external service providers and educational partners. Monitoring of registration processes, participation rates and deadlines. Support in the further development of our training offers and related processes. Evaluation of training measures and preparation of reports and overviews.

Completed commercial training, a study or a comparable qualification. Ideally, first professional experience in training or further training management, event management, personnel area or in a comparable organizational environment. Organizational talent and joy in keeping with several topics and appointments at the same time. Good ability to set priorities and keep track of short-term changes. Structured, reliable and independent operation. Communication strength and a friendly, binding occurrence in dealing with different contact persons. Joy in cooperation with people and different disciplines. Secure handling of MS Office, especially Word, Excel and Outlook.
