Controller (m/f/d)

Implementation of planning and forecasting activities for deriving objectives of the assigned area of responsibility as well as the creation of periodic reference/actual comparisons with explanations and suggestions for avoiding and/or Fixing budget deviations Support for cost centers and area managers in business matters, advice, implementation and monitoring of agreed measures and joint coordination with the respective cost center managers (Joure Fix) Compilation of cost-effectiveness and profitability calculations in advance and in the planning of investments and holistic control as well as completion of all tasks on BAB-wide topics (e.g. sales cost and profit center control) Establishment and maintenance of cost carriers (e.g. warranty), implementation of monthly deviation analyses including commentary and analysis of cost centers, over and undercovers and performance calculations Optimization of processes and reporting instruments in the assigned task area

Successfully completed university studies or Training as an industrial businessman:woman with additional training (e.g. controller-IHK, industrial specialist) Multiannual professional experience in controlling or accounting, relevant practice with accounting regulations according to HGB and IFRS as well as very good knowledge of cost and performance accounting (BAB) Embossed numerical understanding, analytical thinking and very safe handling of IT and office applications, especially Excel High readiness, strong team skills and excellent knowledge of German and English in word and writing Standing for occasional national missions
