Completed studies in the field of human resources management, law, BWL or comparable degree Including professional experience in a generalistic HR function Knowledge of personnel processes and labour law and their safe application in practice Experience with HR systems and digital service tools (ticket systems, workflows, analyses) Very good knowledge in MS Office; optimal experience with SAP R/3 HR and SAP SuccessFactors German (C2) and very good English (B2) in word and writing Impressed service orientation and communication skills as well as the ability to process sensitive employees Self-employed work and high durability High confidentiality, reliability and empathy
