Process Expert Finance – Invoice to Cash (I2C) (m/f/d)

Drive continuous improvement and harmonisation of global I2C processes in SAP S/4 Hana leveraging AI possibilities Identify and resolve process bottlenecks, risks, and improvement opportunities across billing, credit, collections, and cash application. Define, document, and maintain global process standards, guidelines, and KPIs, ensuring compliance and audit requirements are met. Apply methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma to implement structured improvements and digital transformation initiatives. Lead and participate in cross-functional, international projects to implement new systems and optimised I2C process designs. Manage project milestones, stakeholder alignment, and communication to ensure sustainable implementation results. Serve as subject matter expert (SME) for Invoice to Cash within the global finance process model Provide training, consultation, and support for process changes and digital tools in the I2C domain, ensuring best-practice adoption. Act as a key link between Finance, IT, and local Finance teams, managing stakeholder alignment from a business perspective

Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent. 5–7 years of relevant experience in I2C, O2C, credit management, AR, or finance process management. Experience working in a global, matrixed organization preferred. Six Sigma Green Belt or Project Management certification – highly desired. Strong understanding of end‐to‐end Invoice to Cash Processes and related finance operations. Experience with SAP (balance S/4HANA), workflow solutions, and digital automation tools (e.g., RPA, AI/ML, OCR). Solid analytical and data‐driven problem‐solving skills with proficiency in KPI interpretation. Experience in digital finance transformation projects is highly beneficial.
