In more than 40 offers in the areas of work, living, family and leisure at 30 locations in Schwerin, we help them to lead an individually designed and self-determined life. Heilerziehungspfleger, Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d) Part time or full time (15 to 39 hours) in Schwerin Lankow

Your profile:

• completed training as health caregiver, occupational therapist, elderly caregiver or nursing professional, educator, medical staff or qualified specialist for work and professional promotion (m/w/d)
• ideally experience in working with people with mental disabilities
• Willingness to work in shiftwork (including weekends/feeding days in team rhythm)
• Team skills, reliability and lust for professional development

Your perspective:

• Supporting people with mental disabilities, partly with strong behavioural vulnerabilities
• Support in everyday life: from getting up, personal care and meals to leisure activities
• Strengthening self-responsibility and independence of residents
• Organization and support of medical-therapeutic measures
• Conduct documentation and cooperation with members and legal supervisors
• Cooperation in a multi-professional team, participation in service and case meetings
• educational co-design of everyday life, introduction of own ideas and professional development
