As part of the Hamburg metropolitan region, the district of Segeberg is conveniently located in the middle of Schleswig-Holstein between the North and the Baltic Sea and is a reliable employer for around 1,100 employees. The department "Liegenschaften und Bauprojekte" currently consists of the teams of commercial and technical building management, building technology and construction project management with a total of approx. 50 employees, who are responsible for about 50 circular and rented properties. The specialist service accompanies the complete life cycle of the properties from planning to construction and operation to rebuilding, from purchase, rent and leases to possible sales. We are currently looking for a school house technician for Haus A of the Vocational Training Centre Bad Segeberg at the next possible time.

Your tasks:

Checking, maintenance and maintenance of technical equipment including operation, control and monitoring of existing building control technology, fire alarm system, locking system and installations of building technology Termination and monitoring of external contracted service providers Small pieces and other craft activities Monitoring of all building parts and external installations Organisation, coordination and execution of various tasks of the school including event technology, furniture transport and construction within the school building Maintenance of outdoor facilities including winter service

Your profile:

a completed craftsmanship in sanitary, heating, ventilation or electric craft or in a comparable technical area the driving licence of class B or 3 and willingness to use your own car for cost refund expert knowledge of German (competence level at least C1 according to the common European reference framework for languages)
