You take care of the day-to-day business including the telephone consultation and support of our leasing partners around the topic 'Bike' The processing of repair cases, cost suggestions, theft damage, and the failure protection within the leasing products is your responsibility You carry out damage control measures and are responsible for communicating with our leasing providers and answering the correspondence reliably and solution-oriented You also take care of the maintenance of master files and process terminations in the system
