Number: MER00048YF We are part of the human resources department in Bremen and ensure that the right employees are always in the right place at the right time. Our focus is on the procurement of flexible workers, such as holiday workers and employees as part of the transfer of workers. At the same time, we support and advise the factory management to design the personnel deployment planning efficiently and on a future-oriented basis. In addition, we are actively working on exciting HR projects, for example in the field of junior security for our work. With us, you have the opportunity to immerse yourself in practice, take responsibility and introduce your own ideas. Now we are looking for you to support our team! These challenges include: You are a contact person*in and interface between the departments and external personnel service providers You coordinate and implement personal measures, such as settings, extensions and transfers You prepare self-adjustment days for flexible employees as part of the transfer of workers and carry them through Start presentations in PowerPoint as well as analyses and evaluations in Excel You actively participate in regular meetings between the departments and the personnel department You work with different HR projects and introduce your perspective. The activity can begin from January 2027.

Course in Economics, Business Administration, Psychology or a comparable degree course Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing Safe handling of MS Office Commitment and team skills Analytical thinking and strategic working 6 months time for your internship
