About the team Our maintenance and maintenance team (Reliability Maintenance Engineering Team or RME team) ensures that our devices and equipment work optimally at any time. We are a team of technicians:inside and engineer:inside, which consists of excellent team players and is led by experienced managers. We work together to maintain, repair and troubleshoot the devices in our entire global network of filling centers. Some of our employees are executives who supervise the team at work on exciting, innovative technology – which is partly only available at Amazon. From the installation of automated packaging systems to the supervision of the general maintenance work of a site, as well as the repair of equipment essential to the distribution, our team is developing a large number of technical tasks at Amazon. Among other things, it also ensures that buildings continue to comply with the legal requirements, so that everyone stays safe and our locations are operated with maximum efficiency. There are numerous opportunities to climb in the RME team as well as in the entire Amazon company. All our activities are designed to reduce the downtime at Amazon's most important operating locations so that customers receive their orders in time.
