IAM Compliance Manager - Identity & Access Management (m/f/d)

Ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory and internal compliance requirements in Identity & Access Management (IAM), in particular with regard to authorization assignment and access controls Planning, implementation and support of IT audits with focus on role models, access rights, traceability and documentation Further development and standardisation of technical and organisational testing methods (L1/L2) to ensure compliance requirements Analysis, optimization and automation of existing IAM processes taking into account efficiency, risk mitigation and the principle “Least Privilege” Active participation of IAM system architecture and functionality to meet current and future compliance and audit requirements Close cooperation with central functions such as IT management, IT security, data protection and revision to continuously improve governance structures Creation, maintenance and further development of guidelines, documentation and training documents on IAM-relevant topics We wish Complete study of (economic) informatics, IT security or a comparable qualification Knowledge of identity and authorization management, ideally with practical experience in one identity or comparable IAM systems Extensive understanding of IT and business processes and a high level of sensitivity to compliance, audit and security requirements Experience in conducting or monitoring audits and implementing regulatory requirements in the IAM environment Communication strength and the ability to communicate complex content to different stakeholders in an address-oriented manner Analytical, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation with the requirement to continuously improve processes and systems
