Manufacture and processing of stainless steel and aluminium components on CNC-controlled machine tools Installation and measurement of CNC milling and turning machines Production of milling and turning parts after production application and drawing Programming of simple contours and cycles by means of Heidenhain control (Bohrbilder) Working with zero-point clamping system Maintenance of CNC machines continuous production optimization (program, setup and runtime optimization)
Successfully completed training as a machining mechanic or comparable qualification Knowledge and multiannual experience in CNC turning and milling Experiences with Heidenhain controllers Ready for shift work (2 shift Mo.- Fr.) Good knowledge of German is mandatory PKW+ FS required
