• They have completed vocational training ideally in the metal industry (preferably machining mechanic, industrial mechanic).
• They have knowledge and experience regarding coordinate measurement technology, and have ideally participated in specific courses for 3D measurement of components.
• Experiences in dealing with MS-Office and ERP systems are natural for you.
• Reliability, teamability, adaptability and target orientation complete your profile.
• Work is done in 3-shift operation.

You can expect varied tasks:

• Your work begins with the preparation, adjustment and control of the 3D measuring machines and the measuring accessories.
• The following machines are your daily working equipment: 3D measuring machines (ZEISS), the 3D surface roughness measuring machine (ALICONA) as well as the 3D gear measuring machine (GLEASON), which you control and programmatically adjust for series measurements. Monitoring the test equipment and teachings as well as maintaining machines and accessories is self-explanatory for you.
• With these you carry out measurements according to the specification as well as on the basis of existing partial specific measurement programs.
• You document and archive the results in the CAQ system and book them in the ERP system.
• In short and direct ways, you agree with your colleagues in the manufacturing and manufacturing organization or discuss measurement results and measures with the QS specialists and/or designers.
